SneakSnipe LLC (“SneakSnipe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a New Jersey limited liability company that operates the SneakSnipe™ website, platform, and related services. SneakSnipe LLC is responsible for the collection, use, and protection of personal information described in this Privacy Policy. This policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and the choices you have.
When you create an account we store your email address, an optional display name, your plan and subscription state, and basic account timestamps so you can sign in and reach your dashboard.
If you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information from Google such as your email address and account identifier in order to create and authenticate your SneakSnipe™ account. We do not receive your Google password.
Authentication is handled using trusted authentication infrastructure such as Supabase Auth. SneakSnipe™ does not have access to or store users’ plaintext passwords. Verification, password reset, and email-change requests are processed through that authentication infrastructure.
We store or process the subscription information needed to run your account, which may include a customer identifier, payment status, subscription status, selected plan tier, delivery entitlement, billing period dates, transaction identifiers, and limited card metadata (such as brand and last four digits) provided by our payment processor.
Payments are processed through Stripe. SneakSnipe™ does not directly store your complete payment card number or CVV. Stripe processes your payment details under its own privacy policy and security standards.
Search terms and style codes may be processed by SneakSnipe™ and configured third-party data sources when those integrations are available. Availability varies by source, and non-live integrations do not contribute production pricing results.
Marketplace responses may be cached for a short period to keep the app fast and to reduce load on third-party sources. Cached results are product and pricing data, not personal information.
Retail Arbitrage may process third-party retailer or affiliate product-feed data such as sneaker style codes, sizes, prices, shipping amounts, stock status, product URLs, and images. This product data is used to compare retail opportunities against resale-market data. Retail product-feed records are generally product information rather than personal information.
Hold Watch stores periodic sneaker-market observations such as bids, asks, observed price ranges, source coverage, and timestamps so historical trends can be calculated. These market-history records describe products and market conditions and are not intended to identify an individual user.
We may process your Feed preferences, subscription tier, eligible temporary affiliate Pro access, deal unlocks, and general Feed interaction in order to personalize Feed delivery, enforce delivery timing and account limits, prevent abuse, and improve results.
Inputs you submit to the Flip Analyzer, such as style codes, sizes, and cost figures, are processed to generate fee, profit, and ROI estimates and may be associated with your account.
Content you submit to the AI Deal Closer is processed by AI service providers to generate a response. Do not submit sensitive personal information in these fields.
Alert criteria you create, including sneaker, size, price, and profit targets, are stored with your account so alerts can run and notify you.
Inventory items you add to The Locker, including purchase cost, sale price, fees, and status, are stored with your account so we can display your inventory, realized profit, and ROI.
Priority Snipe uses subscription access and verified Feed information to rank and display top opportunities. Deal & Drop Calendar may store reminder preferences and delivery state. Authenticity Check may store the item information and images you upload, analysis status, structured AI results, and review state. Uploaded authenticity images may be sent to a configured AI analysis provider solely to perform the requested check.
Affiliate Program applications and operation may include your email, social profiles, follower, view, or like counts, application responses, submitted post links, verified post performance, referral attribution, referral clicks or conversions, Snipe Credit balances and ledger events, rolling 30-day performance scores, reward thresholds, temporary Standard or Pro reward status and expiration, performance statistics, and content you submit for review. We may also keep moderation decisions and administrative audit records needed to operate, verify, prevent abuse of, and secure these features.
If you contact support, we keep the message, your email address, and related account context so we can respond and keep a record of the issue.
If you choose to answer optional cancellation questions, your responses are stored privately with your account and used only to improve the Services. Cancellation feedback is optional and does not affect your ability to cancel.
Like most web services, our infrastructure and error-reporting tools may receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, timestamps, and error details for security, abuse prevention, and debugging.
Preferences such as theme choice, dismissed prompts, and similar interface settings are stored locally in your browser and are not account records.
If you add SneakSnipe™ to your Home Screen, whether you dismissed or completed the install prompt is stored on your device so we do not repeatedly show the prompt.
SneakSnipe™ may store usage counters associated with your account to enforce plan limits and prevent abuse. These may include the number of deal unlocks, Flip Analyzer runs, AI Deal Closer analyses, active alerts, Locker items, Priority Snipe activity, reminders, authenticity checks, and other feature usage needed to administer subscriptions and prevent abuse.
We use information to provide and secure the Services, authenticate accounts, process subscriptions, return marketplace and retail results, maintain product-market history for Hold Watch, operate Priority Snipe and release reminders, process requested authenticity checks, administer affiliate attribution and moderation, apply account limits, respond to support requests, prevent abuse and fraud, and improve the product.
We rely on service providers for hosting, databases and authentication, payment processing, email delivery, marketplace data, configured retailer or affiliate product feeds, AI processing, and error monitoring. They process information or provide product data for these purposes.
When you follow a link to a third-party marketplace or retailer, that site collects information under its own privacy policy. If a link is an affiliate link, the destination site or affiliate network may receive referral information needed to attribute the visit or purchase. SneakSnipe™ does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their privacy practices.
We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for essential purposes such as keeping you signed in, maintaining your session, and remembering interface preferences.
We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted connections, managed authentication, and database-level access rules that restrict account data to the account owner. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
We keep account, subscription, and usage information for as long as your account is active and for as long as reasonably needed to run the Services, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Specific retention schedules may vary by data type and provider.
You can request account deletion through the Delete Account section in your SneakSnipe account or contact support from your account email address. Deletion may be scheduled for processing. Some records, such as billing and transaction history, may be retained where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons.
You may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information depending on where you live. You may also have rights to export personal information or object to certain processing. Contact us from your account email address and we will respond as required by applicable law. SneakSnipe™ does not sell personal information.
SneakSnipe™ is intended for users who are old enough to enter a binding contract and hold a payment method in their jurisdiction, and is not directed to children. If we learn that a child has provided personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
SneakSnipe LLC may disclose information where we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, safety, or property of users, the public, SneakSnipe LLC, or the Services.
If SneakSnipe LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or other business transfer, account information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy and applicable law.
We may update this policy as the Services change. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
