Terms of Service

SneakSnipe LLC (“SneakSnipe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a New Jersey limited liability company that operates the SneakSnipe™ website, platform, and related services (the “Services”). SneakSnipe™ is the brand under which SneakSnipe LLC provides the Services. By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) with SneakSnipe LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

SneakSnipe™ aggregates sneaker marketplace information and provides resale analysis tools, including the Snipe Feed, marketplace search, the Flip Analyzer, the AI Deal Closer, Snipe Alerts, Retail Arbitrage, Hold Watch, The Locker inventory tracker, Priority Snipe, the Deal & Drop Calendar, Authenticity Check, notifications, and affiliate-program tools. SneakSnipe™ is primarily an information and analysis platform. SneakSnipe™ does not buy, sell, ship, broker, or physically authenticate sneakers and is not a party to transactions you make with a marketplace or retailer.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and capable of entering a paid subscription. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you and with the rules of any marketplace you use.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. Accounts are for a single user and may not be shared or resold.

SneakSnipe™ offers paid monthly Standard and Pro plans. Your selected monthly subscription starts when the first payment is successful. You will be charged the monthly price shown at checkout: Standard at monthly price shown at checkout or Pro at monthly price shown at checkout. Unless canceled, the subscription renews automatically each month at the applicable plan price. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Unless canceled before renewal, the subscription automatically renews monthly until canceled at the price of the plan you selected: Standard at monthly price shown at checkout or Pro at monthly price shown at checkout. Your payment method is charged automatically on each renewal date. If plan switching is available through the billing portal, the price and effective date shown by Stripe during that change control the resulting subscription.

Standard and Pro use the same verification rules and opportunity calculations. Verified Snipe Feed opportunities may be routed through personalized Private First Look groups rather than delivered to every subscriber simultaneously. Standard opportunities are intentionally withheld by the SneakSnipe™ server for approximately 10 seconds before becoming eligible for that account. Pro has no intentional SneakSnipe™ release delay, is checked more frequently by the application, and may receive additional routing lanes.

Routing and delivery timing are service features, not a reservation or guarantee that a user will be first to a listing, receive every opportunity, or receive an opportunity at an exact millisecond. Marketplace inventory remains available to third parties and may disappear at any time. Network latency, browser state, notification permissions, third-party outages, verification time, user preferences, and marketplace changes can affect what is shown and when.

You may cancel at any time using the cancellation method provided in your SneakSnipe™ account. Cancellation stops future renewals. Deleting the app, logging out, or simply not using SneakSnipe™ does not cancel a subscription. Any optional cancellation survey is voluntary and never blocks or delays cancellation.

All sales are final and payments are non-refundable except where required by law or where a verified billing error occurred. Payments are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

If a payment fails, we or our payment processor may retry the charge. Access to paid features may be suspended or ended while an account is past due. You remain responsible for amounts properly owed for periods of access already provided.

Marketplace, retailer, affiliate-feed, and other product information may be collected from third-party sources and may be incomplete, delayed, cached, or unavailable. Live production coverage is shown by SneakSnipe™'s marketplace status indicators and can change over time. Marketplaces and retailers shown in SneakSnipe™ may have different data availability and verification capabilities. Connection status can change, and not every listed source contributes executable offers to the Snipe Feed. Third-party pricing, inventory, buyer bids, and availability may change at any time. A listing, retail size, buyer bid, or product shown in SneakSnipe™ may no longer be available when you visit the destination site.

A marketplace may be supported for catalog or reference comparison without being eligible to create a verified Snipe Feed opportunity. Feed eligibility requires the verification inputs SneakSnipe™ uses for that opportunity, including exact product and size matching, an executable buy price, known landed-cost inputs used in the calculation, and a sufficiently fresh verified resale exit.

Pricing, fee, profit, and ROI figures are estimates. They are based on available data and assumptions. Actual marketplace or retailer checkout prices, shipping, taxes, seller fees, payment processing costs, and payouts may differ from the estimates shown. A displayed retail-to-resale spread can change or disappear before a transaction is completed.

No sneaker flip or future price increase is guaranteed. SneakSnipe™ does not guarantee profit, income, ROI, future appreciation, or successful sneaker flips. You make your own purchasing, holding, and selling decisions and bear the full risk of those decisions.

Retail Arbitrage may display products from supported retailer or affiliate product feeds and compare exact-size retail prices against resale-market data. Retail feeds are only used when they are actually connected and returning usable data. Retail inventory, checkout totals, shipping, taxes, order cancellations, purchase limits, and product availability remain controlled by the retailer.

Hold Watch records historical market observations and may calculate descriptive metrics such as observed price ranges, recent bid movement, volatility, and historical setup scores. These metrics describe past and current data only. Hold Watch is not a price forecast, does not guarantee appreciation, and is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

AI Deal Closer and Authenticity Check may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated results. AI-assisted features are provided for informational purposes only and are not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Authenticity Check is an AI-assisted screening tool, not a guarantee of authenticity, and a marketplace or professional authenticator may reach a different conclusion.

Priority Snipe is a Pro feature that ranks verified Snipe Feed opportunities using current market data. Rankings and availability can change as prices and bids change. Priority Snipe does not reserve third-party inventory or guarantee that a listing remains available.

Deal & Drop Calendar dates, raffle windows, retailer details, reminders, and release information may change after publication. Affiliate access is approval-based, referral attribution can be subject to fraud-prevention rules, and submitted affiliate content may be reviewed, rejected, hidden, or removed. Snipe Credits are promotional in-product units with no cash value and are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Signups alone do not necessarily earn referral credits. Referral credit eligibility follows the requirements displayed in the Affiliate Center. Positive credits earned during a rolling performance window may automatically qualify an eligible affiliate for temporary Standard or Pro access under the reward thresholds then shown in the Affiliate Center. Credits earned outside that rolling window may remain visible in the account ledger but do not continue counting toward an expired performance reward. Affiliate rewards do not create redundant Standard access for a paid Standard account or duplicate Pro time for an account that already has Pro access, and may be subject to non-stacking or eligibility-expiration rules intended to reward continued affiliate activity. Credits, score calculations, attribution, and rewards may be withheld, reversed, expired, or adjusted for fraud, duplicate attribution, refunds or chargebacks, inaccurate performance claims, technical error, account suspension, or program abuse. Temporary Standard or Pro access does not reserve third-party inventory or guarantee a successful purchase, resale, or profit.

SneakSnipe™ may display information from, or link to, third-party marketplaces, retailers, affiliate networks, or other product-data providers. Those third parties are independent and govern their own inventory, listings, fees, checkout, fulfillment, and policies. Displaying or linking to a third party does not by itself indicate a partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.

Links to marketplace or retailer listings are provided for convenience. Some retailer links may be affiliate links, in which case SneakSnipe™ may receive compensation if you complete a qualifying purchase. Affiliate compensation does not change the price charged by SneakSnipe™ and does not guarantee that a linked product is profitable. Once you follow a link, the destination site’s terms and policies apply, and SneakSnipe™ has no control over its content, availability, checkout total, or pricing.

You agree not to scrape, resell, redistribute, or systematically extract SneakSnipe™ data; not to circumvent usage limits, access controls, or billing; not to share account access; not to interfere with or overload the Services; and not to use the Services for unlawful purposes.

SneakSnipe LLC owns or licenses all original software, source code, user interface designs, branding, graphics, written content, database organization and compilation, feature names, and other original materials that make up the Services. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your own resale activity. No other rights are granted.

The SneakSnipe™ name, logo, and related marks are owned by or used for the benefit of SneakSnipe LLC and may not be used without our prior written permission. Third-party brand names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify products and marketplaces.

You retain ownership of the information you enter, such as Locker inventory and alert settings. You grant us permission to host, process, and display that information as needed to operate the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you submit.

The Services are provided on an as-available basis. We may perform maintenance, change infrastructure, or experience downtime. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

SneakSnipe™ depends on third-party marketplaces, retailer or affiliate feeds, data sources, and APIs. Those sources may rate-limit, change, remove products, or become unavailable, which can reduce or interrupt coverage through no fault of SneakSnipe™.

Features, supported marketplaces, supported retail feeds, data depth, and limits may change, expand, or be discontinued as the Services evolve. A retailer or marketplace may become unavailable without notice if its data source changes or stops working.

Some features may be labeled beta, preview, or early access. These may be unstable, may change, and may be withdrawn at any time. They are provided without any service commitment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SneakSnipe™ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost resale opportunities, lost data, or losses on sneaker purchases or sales. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid to SneakSnipe™ in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You are solely responsible for what you buy and sell, for verifying authenticity, condition, pricing, and fees on the marketplace itself, and for any resulting gain or loss. SneakSnipe™ is a research tool, not a transaction guarantee.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, abuses the Services, or creates legal or security risk. You may stop using the Services at any time; cancellation of billing must be done through the cancellation method in your account.

By using the Services, you agree to receive account, billing, security, and service communications electronically, including by email and in-app messages. Some of these messages are required to operate your subscription and cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

We may update these Terms as the Services change. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and disputes arising out of or relating to the Services are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and SneakSnipe LLC regarding the Services. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; SneakSnipe LLC may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, or other business transfer.
